The aim of this qualification is to develop knowledge and understanding in a range of subject areas which are pertinent to the development of participants and to junior management roles in organisations. The qualification also supports progression for learners to higher qualification levels. The Level 4 Business and Management qualification has been developed to conform to the RQF requirements.
